1/2 teaspoon fresh black pepper (more to taste)
1/4 cup soy sauce (reduced sodium or regular)
1 medium yellow onion, very thinly sliced (about 1 and 1/2 cups)
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, minced

Instructions:
  • First step is Start by slicing the steak as thin as you can. Make sure you slice against the grain (see photos). Ideally you want 1/8 inch slices that are about 2-3 inches long.
