1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup (~2 stalks) celery, finely chopped
1 cup (~1 small) yellow onion finely chopped
1-2 small jalapeno peppers, optional* seeds removed and finely diced
2 cans (15 ounces EACH) chili (pinto) beans in medium sauce

Instructions:
  • First step is In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crisp. Remove on to a paper towel lined plate and dab off the excess grease. Set aside.
