Ingredients:
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ground Saigon cinnamon or 1 cinnamon stick finely grated
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger or 1/2 inch fresh ginger, skin removed and finely grated
1-2 tablespoons maple syrup (you can use wildflower honey if not vegan) to sweeten
2-3 Medjool dates, optional for more sweetness

Instructions:
  • First step is On the stove top, in a small-medium saucepan, over low-medium heat, pour 2 cups milk, add turmeric, cinnamon, ginger and honey or maple syrup (you can also add the sweetener after).
